Hey, these two days have really UNITED us and given us a SHARED UNDERSTANDING of leadership.

I've come to understand what I find difficult as a LEADER. Being myself and accepting "myself as I am" has given me freedom and SELF-CONFIDENCE. I started asking questions and advocating for my NEEDS in a friendly way.  That way I got the reactions I wished for. Especially the EMBODIMENT and the breathing we did, where small things with BIG IMPACT.

I handle stressful situations much more CALMLY these days. What has helped me most is becoming AWARE of my STRESS TRIGGERS and recognizing the WARNING SIGNS earlier. I've learned how to incorporate EFFECTIVE METHODS, like a stop sign, into my daily routine. My social ENVIRONMENT HAS NOTICED  this too.

The CULTURE and LEADER WORKSHOP fully met our expectations based on the initial situation and preliminary discussions. The preparation and STRUCTURE were excellent, and the FACILITATION throughout the day was superb. Sandra is a great fit for the team and has a MOTIVATING WAY of engaging the participants. The first workshop has already had a positive IMPACT, and we are in regular exchange with each other.

Sandra supported us in a TEAM-BUILDING workshop. It was good how she planned the workshop in advance, setting CLEAR OBJECTIVES, and coordinating the agenda. I believe the CONTRADICTIONS uncovered in the workshop helped us MOVE FORWARD. It was a positive experience, and I felt WELL SUPPORTED.
